Aqua Sun International manufactures the SWP-V1 Stationary, Wall Mount, 12-volt Powered Water Purification Systems for Remote Applications. This system has the capabilities of producing cleaner and safer drinking water from almost any creek, stream, pond, well, lake or most any fresh water source at a volume production rate of 1 gallon (3.7 liters) per minute where water purification is impractical or unattainable. The daily water production from this system during operation is up to 60 gallons (222 liters) per hour, 120+ gallons (444+ liters) per 2 hours etc with continuous operation for the length of the running time of the power supply. This System is designed to mount directly onto a wall of a situation where a 12-volt Electrical Power Supply exists such as a Vehicle, Truck, Boat, or most any electrical producing generator or solar system. This system can also be adapted to most any U.S. and Overseas electrical voltage. This system does require a 12-volt, auxiliary electrical power source for operation. There is no need for chemical additives to be added to the water.

These Stationary, 12-volt Powered Water Purification Systems pull the water from the source and through a 5.0 micron Sediment Pre-Filter. The water is then pushed through a Carbon Block Polishing Filter that has the capabilities of removing Giardia and Cryptosporidium Cysts, Herbicides, Pesticides, Trihalomethanes (THMs), certain Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOCs), Chlorine and Chlorine By-Products, Sediment, Bad Taste, Odors, Color, Smell, and many other Harmful Chemicals and Contaminants down to a 0.5 micron. The polished filtered water is then channeled past an Ultraviolet Light Disinfecting Process that has the ability to kill Bacteria, Viruses, Typhoid Fever, Coliform, Dysentery, Cholera, Infectious Jaundice, Hepatitis & Influenza Virus, E-coli, Enteric Fever and many other unwanted microorganisms to a 99.999% purity.

• Life expectancy of the Carbon Block Post-Filter with clean incoming water is 10,000 gallons (37,000 liters) or 1 year.
• The UV Light has a life expectancy under normal usage is 18 to 24 months.
• The SWP-V1 system is 17" wide x 15" long x79" deep with an approx weight of 20 lbs.
• This System is mounted on a white ABS plastic frame style design.

Life expectancy of the Carbon Block Post-Filter with clean incoming water is 45,000 gallons (166,500 liters) or 1 year.

The UV Light has a life expectancy under normal usage is 18 to 24 months.

This System is approved  for Airline Shipments inside and outside the continental United States. This System is designed for air transport by the Air Transport Restricted Articles Tariff No. 6-D, or by Government or IATA Restricted Articles regulations.

All water contact components carry a NSF Approval Rating,  the ultraviolet light carries a Certificate of Analysis.

The Filters and Ultraviolet Disinfecting  Light manufacturers are members of the Water Quality Association.
